Our Standard Terms and Conditions

Prices of the plots are shown in our price list. Company reserves the right to change the price list at any time, depending on situations. The company will conclude a deed of allotment with the allottee on tk. 300 worth non-judicial stamp after full payment. All payments must be made through cash/cheque/bank draft/pay order in favour of ā€œAtlantics Properties Ltdā€. Clients from overseas can send their payment through money exchange or bank. In that case, the payment has to be made in favour of ā€œAtlantics Properties Ltdā€.

No infrastructure development charge, electricity, water, sewerage connection etc. are included in the price of the plot. The actual price has to be paid proportionately by each client when it is required. Roads within the project will be handed over as per the concern of City Corporation/Pouroshova authority.

Each plot will be handed over to the purchaser after clearing of full payment and other charges. Until and unless registration of the plot will not be provided to the client. Each client(s) need to pay stamp duties, registration fees, gain tax, VAT, documentation charges and any other expenses like allotment, agreement, registration or transfer fees etc.

For any cancellation of the plot after paying the booking money or cancelling the allotment, the client has to apply in writing to the company. The price paid by the client shall be refunded by cross cheque after deducting 10% as documentation/service charge within a notice period.

If the payment is delayed more than 60 days, the company shall have the right to cancel the allotment according to the existing rules. In case of any change/addition/deduction of name(s), the client has to pay additional payment as per company rules. For any cheque dishonour issue, the client will have to pay a fine.
